Woodyard Estate is an estate development company, providing their clients with a befitting housing environment. They also venture in the area of building of housing projects, acquisition, lease and sale of landed property and houses.

THE CHALLENGE

Woodyard estate had a large portion of landed property to sale and needed an online marketing strategy to drive the right kind of visitors to their offer.
Based on this Everanking was tasked with 3 distinct goals to help Woodyard Estate meet its goal:

THE STRATEGY

Our approach to meet the goals set forth by Woodyard Estate were based on developing a strategy using the following tactics:

  • Performed preliminary research and developed a strategic plan for driving quality leads.
  • Setup a lead magnet to get the details of highly engaged visitors interested in landed property.
  • Setup a social group to improve engagement and trust between interested buyers.
  • After we were able to build up the traffic coming into the offer funnel, we were then able to begin performing usability and conversion testing. This has enabled our team to continuously test new experiments to ensure the our strategy is converting leads as effectively as possible thus resulting in Higher ROIs.
